The Presqu'île de Crozon is the epitome of Brittany in the Iroise Marine Park and the Armorique Regional Nature Park. Stroll along the coastal paths and discover steep points, craggy cliffs, small white sandy coves, turquoise waters, Mediterranean vegetation, wild landscapes, fortifications and megaliths. Paddle out or sea kayak to discover these steep coasts up close. The small seaside resort of Morgat is a 10-minute walk from the rental property, so you can enjoy its shops, restaurants, market... This former fisherman's cottage is totally independent, and benefits from the proximity of the beach, just 100m away.
This bright, contemporary home boasts spacious accommodation. The 50m² living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a modern lounge with fireplace. The ground floor master suite is equipped with a king-size bed (160X200cm) and TV, a dressing room, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, and direct access to the terrace with sea view. A functional storeroom is also at your disposal. The first floor also benefits from sea views. Here you'll find a mezzanine with TV lounge, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 cm and a shower room with jetted shower cubicle and toilet. An office with sea view, ideal for telecommuting. Outside, the two 60m² terraces, overlooking the enclosed landscaped garden and sea view, welcome you for lunch or a quiet reading break. Enclosed parking and covered bike shed. 2 surfboards on loan.

billy peut mieux faire
proprietaire très gentil,le gîte est bien situé, seul bemol(pour moi) une maison haute à coté qui est trop près du gîte,( ce qui n'apparais pas sur les photos) les occupants anglais de cette maison n'était pas présent , et le materiel de nettoyage doit ètre renouvelé, pour le reste c'est un gîte agréable,avec une place de parking sécurisée et à 100m de la mer, je dirais que 4 épis c'est trop,3 est plus appropriée

Bonjour, nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour, notre accueil et la situation géographique de la maison. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et comme indiqué sur la carte des maisons se trouvent à proximité, nous n'avons jamais eu jusqu'à présent de remarque à ce sujet, il n'y a d'ailleurs aucun vis à vis direct. Nous allons vérifier le matériel de nettoyage et procéder au remplacement si nécessaire. Le classement 4 épis a été attribué par Gîtes de France selon une grille bien précise. La maison est également classée 4 étoiles Meublé de Tourisme.

Excellent séjour dans cette si jolie et confortable maison "les pieds dans l'eau"....L'emplacement est à une rue de la mer, 10 mn à pied du centre de Morgat et ses commerces , et à 2 mn en voiture d'une excellente boulangerie..
Maison très confortable et propre , rien ne manquait ( les jeux de société un vrai bonus on a bien rigolé )
Un grand merci pour l 'accueil si chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires.

Xavier Such a perfect place for a 2W summer vacation
The location of this house is just prefect (No need to disconnect my wind surf sail) just 200m to the sea in a more quite place than just the house in the front sea area. It was an ideal place to discover all the magic of Morgat and the Crozon area with My wife and brother in law. We recommend to start a perfect day with a jogging in the GR starting 200m from the house, then because it is very quite in the morning take with you an inflatable stand up paddle to visit the magical cave on the right and on the left of the fantastic beach accessible whatever tide (Precious in Britany), I recommend to take with you a gopro to keep record of unbelievable snorkling swim with the fishes then enjoy a lunch with all the local fresh products (Fish, seafood, cheese etc..), then walk on the more than 50 amazing walking tracks around this house (A precious guide book is available in the house) most of them are just unique with cleaf up to 100m high and has to be done once in your life time (Do not forget your camera). When you are back the wind is starting to blow and it is sailing time with whatever is having a sail and available for renting in Morgat if you are not lucky enough to bring your own Equipment with you. Finish the day in one of the numerous great restaurants around. The only difficulty with this place is the difficult choice between too many options and take the terrible decision sometime to stay put just to have a rest for a few minutes and read a book in this very confortable house. And of course I can not end this review without mentioning the exceptionnel welcome and support we got from Mrs Josik Blouet and her husband who are insuring nothing is missing and provide many really good recommendations and a particular warm thank you for my wife's birthday cake on top of all the local good product available in the house the first day. Definitely on of the best vacation place I have ever been in my life travelling all over the world for the last 40years.
