On the beach access road, this house is ideally placed to enjoy the sea, water sports, shops and restaurants, or to travel between Pointe du Raz, Poitne de Penmarch, Locronan or Quimper.
300m from the large Sables Blancs beach, lovely 1930s house with enclosed garden.
On the first floor, a pretty corridor with period cement tiles leads to a kitchen, an east-west-facing living room, a toilet and access to the covered terrace, which has access to a shower room back from the beach and to the enclosed garden (wall and palisade) below.
1st floor: bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), bedroom with 1 double bed (90x200), shower room with WC.
In the basement, laundry and bicycles are at your disposal, as well as space for your water sports equipment.
Under the terrace, a wash-house for rinsing your wetsuits or your catch of the day. Public parking spaces in front of the house or nearby.

Jolie maison très bien située.
Une belle décoration et des prestations complètes.
La plage est proche et facilement accessible à pied.
Le propriétaire nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et a fait l'état des lieux avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Lisemaud Maison confortable très proche de la plage
La maison est confortable et très bien situee sur la route principale qui mène a la plage des Sables blancs toute proche à 5mn a pied. Nous avons apprécié le jardin fleuri et verdoyant. Possibilite de dormir dans la chambre sur jardin moins exposée au bruits de circulation.
Supermarché a 800m ainsi que les commerces de proximité au port de Treboul. Arret de bus pour Douarnenez a 50m ou bien 30 mn à pieds par venelles et chemins agreables.
Le propritaire a été très arrangeant a l'arrivée, et au départ et a rpondu rapidement å nos demandes complementaires.- Cleanliness
