The Crozon peninsula is a unique place in Brittany. It's easily recognizable thanks to its jagged coastline, diverse landscapes and preserved natural heritage. That's why it's the center of the Armorique regional park. With its modern architecture and decoration, our house is located on the south coast of the peninsula, facing the Bay of Douarnenez. This central location means you can explore the region from the west, east or south without traveling many kilometers. Hikers will love the 120km coastal path (GR34) around the peninsula, which passes just 150m from the house. The Beach is only 9 minutes away on foot.

This 110 m² artist's house boasts luminous volumes and a soothing ambience: a large living room with windows overlooking the Sea, two comfortable bedrooms with sea views (one with a 140x190 bed and en-suite shower room, the other with a 160x200 bed), a second independent shower room and a toilet. A sleek, fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation, with an 80 m² south-facing terrace, a 60 m² sheltered patio, a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue.
