Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the house is just a few minutes from the beaches of Moulin de la Rive, Sables Blancs and Fond de la Baie. Ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends, it offers an unspoilt natural setting, between the Sea, coastal paths and the gentle pace of life. Locquirec, a small seaside resort on the border of Finistère and Côtes-d'Armor, has a seductive port, beaches with a variety of atmospheres, and a peninsula ideal for walks. Take a day trip to discover the Côte de Granit Rose, with its spectacular rocky chaos around Ploumanac'h, or explore the Baie de Morlaix, dotted with islets and dominated by the Château du Taureau. You can also join the wild landscapes of the Monts d'Arrée or the mysterious Côte des Légendes for a variety of pleasures.

On the first floor, you'll find a large, bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area and a cosy lounge with a closed hearth fireplace.
Two double bedrooms are also located on the same level: one with a 140x200 bed, the other with a 160x200 bed. A shower room and separate WC complete this level.
Upstairs, the landing has been converted into a relaxation area overlooking the living room, with TV, books, comics and games console. There are two further double bedrooms, one with a 140x200 bed, the other with 80x200 single beds (low beds).
A bathroom with bath, shower and WC is also available upstairs. Outside, enjoy a large garden planted with trees and a terrace ideal for al fresco dining or moments of relaxation.
The owners have their own private space adjoining the house.
