Logement neuf, extrêmement propre, parfaitement équipé, idéalement placé à 10 minutes à pied du bac pour la ville close et proche d'une grande surface. Allez-y les yeux grand ouverts !

Appartement très bien situé,à proximité du bac qui permet d'aller dans la ville close, et dans un quartier très calme.Lumineux avec un beau balcon,tout est impeccable, vaisselle en quantité et très propre,literie et salle de bains irréprochables.L'appartement est décoré avec goût, accueil très sympathique du propriétaire ( petits gâteaux en prime). A noter deux places de parking disponibles pour le logement.

Familie D Wunderschöne Wohnung für Familien
Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern eine wunderschöne Woche in Concarneau verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung übertraf all unsere Erwartungen: sie war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles wirkte ganz neu und es war absolut sauber. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht: Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw. Zusätzlich gab es Geschirr, Pfannen, Töpfe und Besteck für alle Zwecke und sogar ein Waffeleisen, einen Racletteofen und zwei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen. Der sehr freundliche Besitzer hatte uns vorab Kaffeekapseln und bretonische Spezialitäten als Gastgeschenke hingestellt. Von der Küche aus geht ein Balkon ab, wo man gemütlich essen, sich sonnen oder die Wäsche trocknen kann. Ein besonderes Highlight war für unsere Kinder das Kinderzimmer. Hier war an alles gedacht: kindgerechte Bettwäsche, ein großes Regal mit Büchern für alle Altersklassen, Kuscheltiere, Kartenspiele, Playmobil... Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion, einen Fön, jede Menge Handtücher und Waschlappen. Auch Duschgel wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch das Badezimmer war absolut sauber! In allen Räumen gab es jede Menge Stauraum für unser Gepäck, Kleidung usw. Im Flur gab es einen großen Einbauschrank, in dem Sonnenliegen, ein Staubsauger, ein Wäscheständer und sogar ein Bügeleisen zu finden waren. Im Wohnbereich gab es Reiseführer über die Bretagne, verschiedene DVDs und Bücher.
Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral gelegen, zum Strand und zum Zentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig und angenehm für Familien. Von Concarneau aus kann man viele interessante Ausflüge machen, in einer der zahlreichen Crêperien essen, oder in den kleinen Boutiken der Stadt einkaufen.
Wir blicken auf eine gelungene Ferienwoche zurück mit strahlendem Sonnenschein und tiefblauem Himmel! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!- Cleanliness

Appartement très confortable, tout équipé, rien ne manque.
