This comfortable gîte is located right on the water. You'll enjoy a magnificent 180° view over Audierne Bay, whether you're snug and warm inside, or sitting out on the terrace. It's ideally located for water sports, beach activities (swimming, fishing, sand yachting...) and hiking. You can discover the GR34, the Bigouden country, rich in remarkable sites, or take a siesta lulled by the sound of the waves!
Situated on the edge of a 14km beach, facing the ocean, this former fisherman's house is set in a setting preserved by the Conservatoire du Littoral. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living/dining room with wood-burning stove, bathroom, wc, storeroom. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 electric), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 electric) + 1 single bed (90x190). Garden with lounge, barbecue, terrace and covered shelter.

Pour une parenthèse iodée et profiter à plein de la proximité de l'océan. Pièce à vivre très très agréable. Toilettes et salle de bain plus rudimentaires.

amis de Bretagne séjour au bord de la mer comme il faut
Makgré une semaine sur trois sous la pluie et des rafales nous avons été très à l'aise
dans la vieille maison avec vue directe sur la mer. Un ménage complètement équipé, des lits bien confortables, une cheminée de grande qualité et un calme qui, ensemble, ont
garanti que nous nous sommes complètement reposés. Tout ce qu'il faut se trouve à quelques minutes de distance en voiture, même une gastronomie de niveau élevé.

H et J la mer rien qu'à nous (ou presque)
Un délicieux séjour à Palud Kergurun. La plage est à 2 minutes à pieds, le gîte est parfaitement équipé. L'accueil a été charmant et le propriétaire toujours à notre écoute. Quinze jours parfaits avec le beau temps en plus : que du bonheur !

Jessica et Matthieu Agreable maison au bord de la mer avec cheminée
La maison est idéalement placée proche de la mer et sans voisin immédiat.
La piece de vie est tres agréable avec une cheminée que nous avons très apprécié pendant ces soirées d'hivers.
L'accueil est très chaleureux et nous l'avons grandement apprécié.
Petit bémol sur la literie qui mériterait d'être un peu plus confortable.
En bref nous avons passé un très agréable séjour hivernal. A recommander quand on cherche le calme, la vue sur mer et un bon feu de cheminée.- Cleanliness

olaf Einfach nur perfekt!
Ein wunderbares Anwesen in fast unwirklich-malerischer Lage mit Blick auf die Wellen, die nur einen Steinwurf nahe sind. Praktisch und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sogar gute Literatur findet man dort. Auch im Winter sehr zu empfehlen, mit einem unglaublich gastfreundlichen und netten Vermieter. Besser geht´s nicht! Vielen Dank! Wir sind begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. :))
