Located 1.2km from the beach, in a secure residence with communal swimming pool (15mx8m, depth 1m65), outdoor, heated (27°) from 04/30 to 09/30 from 10am to 8pm (paddling pool not available), and communal tennis court, duplex apartment for 4/6 people with reversed floors.     Vous faites allusion aux extérieurs de la résidence qui certes, ne sont pas au niveau que nous souhaitons, mais s'agissant d'une copropriété, nous n'y pouvons rien. Pour autant, je ne crois pas que ces extérieurs méritent le qualificatif de "catastrophiques". Par ailleurs, vous mettez 4 étoiles sur les 4 items et pourtant votre note globale n'est que de 3, ce qui ne me semble pas cohérent. Vous devez avoir conscience que le commentaire à l'emporte-pièce que vous laissez avec la facilité de l'anonymat, ne reflète nullement le temps et l'énergie que nous avons mis à rendre notre loft agréable, bien équipé et qualitatif.

    SEJOUR A COMBRIT

    Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver le gite en raison d'une mauvaise indication sur l'accès à la location qu'il faudrait modifier. Heureusement, le propriétaire nous a guidés par téléphone. Le logement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Sa terrasse est très agréable et la piscine appréciable.

    Perfect loft met alle comfort

    A very comfortabele stay in this loft. It was well equipped, quite and very easily acessible.
    The attractive beach of Île Tudy is within 2 km and one can visit Quimper, Concarneau, Dournenez and other nice Brittany villages on the coast. It is recommended to bring your bicycle as the landscape is very suitable for cycling.
