During your stay, you'll be able to choose between relaxing in the garden, hiking on the "voie verte" starting from the house (bike hire on site) or fishing in the ponds 2km away. You can also visit the architectural heritage of the walled town of Concarneau, the chapels in the surrounding area and the cultural heritage of Concarneau's fishing museum, where you can immerse yourself in the daily life of sailors, the Pont-Aven museum, where you can discover the artistic adventure of artists such as Gauguin, Bernard and Sérusier, and Quimper, with its cathedral, earthenware and museums. The gîte is only 15km from the sea, and you'll have the choice of numerous beaches in Névez, Trégunc and Concarneau, as well as experiencing the return of the Guilvinec fishermen with its langoustines, not forgetting the Pointe du Raz site, and the legends of the Monts d'Arrée.

Just 2 minutes from Rosporden and its ponds, this pretty studio renovated in 2024 with private terrace is an ideal pied-à-terre for 2 people.
