Set on the Finistère coastline, with 13 kilometers of coastline, Saint Pol de Léon has the charm of a port city, whose bay is home to a rich variety of seabirds. Just a few yards from the gîte, the old port of Pempoul in the 16th century was the departure point for the adventurous fleets of shipowners in search of the new world. Saint Pol de Léon is also famous for its cathedral overlooking the Bay of Morlaix. This bay will charm you with its landscape of islands and islets, including the Château du Taureau and Ile Louet. There's plenty to do in the area: head to Roscoff for thalassotherapy, play at the casino or take to the sea and visit the island of Batz and its exotic garden featuring plants from the four corners of the globe. You can also visit Carantec for its beaches and Morlaix for its old streets and stone viaduct.

Welcome to this gîte located 200m from the sea and 300m from a supervised bathing beach (Pavillon Bleu label) with nautical center and diving center, and close to four restaurants with direct sea views. In this single-storey house, adjoining a gîte, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a shower room with walk-in shower, and a toilet. Outside, you'll find a walled garden with terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs.
