Outside, the house has a small garden with terrace and Spa (accessible from April to the end of October). On the ground floor, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a 160x200cm bed, the 3rd with 2 90x190cm beds, and the shower room is also on this level. Upstairs, you'll find a light-filled living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with access to a terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif while watching the sunset. 2 parking spaces are reserved for you at the entrance to the estate.
