Come and spend a pleasant vacation in Santec! Its 17 km of coastline dotted with 14 sandy beaches and coves will satisfy lovers of water sports, lounging and fishing. You can also follow the many coastal paths and enjoy the magnificent views over the island of Batz, or walk around the island of Sieck, accessible on foot at low tide.
L'ECUME is a charming, contemporary gîte in a peaceful setting. You'll enjoy relaxing in the lovely landscaped garden. All amenities are less than 500 meters away. For your strolls and festivities in Roscoff's old port, or to embark for the Ile de Batz, we can provide you with private parking right in the heart of the Corsair City. Ideally located for discovering Morlaix Bay and the surrounding region!
About 1km from the Sea, pretty fisherman's cottage, quiet, not overlooked, south-facing.

Large living room: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with fireplace. Direct access to terrace. Pretty bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), separate toilet.
First floor: Large bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 (can be twinned to make a king-size bed 180x200), relaxation area and bookcase. Bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
Outside: enclosed garden (fenced and gated), large south-facing terrace and enclosed private parking.

Un gîte tout confort, avec un bel accueil par Sophie ! Merci à elle pour tous les conseils qui nous ont permis de passer de très belles vacances à SANTEC et environs !
Le gîte est à 10 min de la plage de la Roche, accessible à pieds ! Vous trouverez également d'autres belles plages non loin (notamment Dossen). Nous avons pu également profiter du gîte qui est très propre, permet de se sentir à l'aise et décoré avec goût. Nous recommandons donc cette adresse ! Merci Sophie !- Cleanliness

Rafter très bonne location
La location est excellement placée car elle est proche de Roscoff.
De plus, la propriétaire nous met à disposition une place de parking dans le centre de Roscoff qui est un plus notamment lors d'une escapade sur l'ile de Batz.
La maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle et les habitations voisines ne posent aucun problème à la tranquillité de la location.
Enfin, nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'aller à l'office de tourisme car la propriétaire nous a tout expliqué sur les différentes occupations autour de Roscoff.- Cleanliness

Virgie Un superbe séjour
Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis. Des douceurs nous attendaient et notre hôtesse a pris le temps de nous indiquer tous les sites intéressants à visiter, photos à l'appui. La maison est d'une grande propreté, très bien agencée et d'un grand confort. Elle est située dans un endroit très calme et proche des petits commerces. Le jardin est également très agréable et clôturé, un avantage lorsque l'on vient avec son ami à quatre pattes ! Une place de parking nous est réservée à Roscoff, un atout supplémentaire !
Nous avons été enchantés de ce séjour et nous avons prévu de retourner à L'Ecume l'été prochain !- Cleanliness

Christine Havre de paix très bien situé
Gite qui mérite ses 4 étoiles, bien équipé, literie très confortable, jardin paysager zen,endroit très calme bien situé près de Roscoff, plages et eau turquoise,coup de cœur pour île de Batz avec place de parking privé à Roscoff offerte par le gîte, c'est très pratique pour les excursions en bateau, chien accepté et très bon accueil avec cidre et far aux pruneaux! Une très bonne adresse dans le Finistère que nous adorons!

Famille Belmans Summer holiday 2024
A brilliant 2024 summer weeky for kids, dog and parents at a great location.
A warm welcome of Sophie including useful tips to explore the area.
Sophie offers great beds and a fully equiped, impeccably clean house nearby dog friendly beaches.
Great bread, a coffee/newspaper in the morning, an excellent Proxi and a recent multi purpose artificial basketbal / soccer field (bring your soccer cleats without studs along !) are at walking distance.
