It has been completely renovated using high-quality materials such as stone, wood, and metal, as well as eco-friendly options like lime-hemp and wood wool.
This renovation also included shielded electrical wiring and an Ethernet Internet connection (rather than Wifi Internet), making it suitable for people with electromagnetic sensitivity.

The owner, a stonemason, has beautifully enhanced both the interior and exterior, and the owner’s wife has tastefully decorated the space so you’ll feel right at home. Ideally located as a base for exploring the Monts d’Arrée, including Huelgoat, its Lake, and the Chaos rock formation; Mont St. Michel de Brasparts; Pleyben and its beautiful parish enclosure; or its culinary specialties, the “Pleybinettes”—delicious pastries from Pleyben—or the chocolate factory, which is open to visitors, or to explore Brest, Quimper, and the Crozon Peninsula, all while enjoying the tranquility of this charming village with its picturesque streets.

Located in the former schoolhouse of the small village of Lannédern, this charming holiday cottage is attached to the owner’s home and physical therapy practice, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

It features a lovely flower-filled terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers.

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful granite kitchen that opens onto the living room (accommodation for an additional guest available upon request, with a 160x200 sofa bed), a bathroom with a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a granite sink.

Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, is a lovely space with high ceilings featuring a double bed (160x200), a large desk with a comfortable chair, a synthesizer, a rocking chair, and a bookshelf.

A lovely shared garden below the private parking area is a very pleasant spot to admire the Countryside and catch a glimpse of Mont St. Michel from Brasparts or the deer that frequent the area.

Pet welcome; we even have a cat named Mr. Whisky who roams all around the house.
