You'll be staying in this former mill dating from 1727, the oldest monument on the island of Batz. You'll appreciate the peacefulness of the setting - it's a refuge hidden like a jewel in its jewel box, accessed by a path that only a discerning eye could spot. You'll live to the rhythm of the tides, with views over the harbor and Morlaix Bay. It's a lively and dynamic permanent spectacle, animated by the comings and goings of boats, shuttles and sailboats.
During your stay, you can visit the lighthouse, the Georges Delaselle garden, or go walking, horse-riding in summer, sailing or kayaking. The island is surrounded by sandy beaches.
You'll be captivated by the sky, sometimes tinged with warm, vibrant colors, offering a sense of serenity and wonder. Stormy skies, on the other hand, can offer spectacular beauty between dark, threatening clouds and flashes of light through the clouds.

Inside, you'll find an open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room, and a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190) that can be twinned, with private shower room and toilet. A second bathroom with toilet is available for the second bedroom. A storeroom with washing machine.
The mill's ground floor comprises an entrance hall and, via a narrow staircase, access to the second Sea-view bedroom, with a double bed (140x190).
Outside, you'll appreciate the enclosed garden (planted, palisaded and fenced) with a lovely terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. There's also a relaxing lounge. The garden has been carefully laid out to protect it from the wind.
