Gite for 4 people with contemporary decor in the Concarnoise countryside not far from beaches and town center.

We've converted the former calf nursery into a cosy gite. In a contemporary style, exposed stone, white and gray and color combine for the best. Concarneau and its region will dazzle you with its many facets: cultural, sporting or family-oriented.
By car, bike (greenway 5 min from the gîtes) or on foot, you'll have easy access to sporty or family beaches. Swimming in the sea or pools (aqua park), sailing on historic or current boats, kayaking, paddle, diving, golf, horse riding, bike hire and hiking galore...
Come and soak up the unique charm of the "Ville Close", after a good meal in a charming restaurant or a traditional crêperie (for any budget).
Families and children won't be left out: animal parks, theme parks, zoos, aquariums (including Océanopolis)... are all within easy reach.

Welcome to this contemporary-style, stone Holiday cottage for 4, adjoining another Holiday cottage.

The high-end kitchen features a large Corian worktop with a 5-zone induction hob and standing plates. There's also a living room, with a library containing a wide range of books for all ages. The large wall-mounted flat-screen TV and DVD player will enable you to re-watch some of the films and TV series shown in the Holiday cottage. There's also a toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor:
A shower room with large shower, washbasin and wall-hung toilet. You'll also find a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) with LED lighting and wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190).

Enjoy the enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

The two Holiday cottages (east and west) can be joined into one, with a door on the first floor allowing 8 beds.
