Enter via rue des Courtils (parking 50m away) into a hall leading to a small study with balcony overlooking the Goyen. A 1bedroom 2p (160x200) with private bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub. A twin-bedded room with 2 single beds (80x200) and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. On the garden level, you'll find a bright living room with bow window, comprising a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, a toilet, a laundry room and a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room. Outside, you'll enjoy the large 480 m2 garden, fully enclosed (walls and railings), garden furniture and barbecue. There's also a garage for motorcycles, bicycles, etc.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans ce bel endroit. Pont-croix est une ville charmante avec tous les commerces utiles, le gîte offre une vue magnifique sur le Goyen, avec tout le confort requis pour passer un séjour agréable. Alexandre est disponible, très sympathique. A pied, en vélo, nous avons pu visiter toute la côte de Douarnenez à Audierne. Un très beau gîte !

Carmen EXCELLENT SÉJOUR
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans ce gîte :
La maison est magnifique, très lumineuse et dotée de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les lits sont très confortables, la cuisine est spacieuse et l'électroménager est haut de gamme.
Le jardin invite à se détendre et à profiter de la vue magnifique qui est à couper le souffle.
Le village de Pont Croix est très jolie et vous pouvez faire la plupart de vos courses à pied.
Alexandre, est un hôte formidable, très disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions et super sympa. Il s'efforce de rendre votre séjour dans sa maison le plus agréable possible.
Si nous en avons l'occasion, nous reviendrons les yeux fermés ! Absolument à recommander.
