Small house located in Audierne with direct access to shops (200m), beach (300m) and port (100m) via a small alleyway. The gîte is in a quiet area above the port (but no direct view of it), in a quiet one-way street. The house comprises a living room and a recently fitted kitchen. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a fully-equipped shower room. The gîte has two terraces, one in front of the house and the other upstairs. During your stay, you can take advantage of the many activities on offer in the commune (water sports, hiking, numerous festivals). You can also go to the Esquibien pier, 1.3km away, for a trip to the Ile de Sein and the Pointe du Raz (10km). The small, sheltered beach is just 300 m away. Hikers can discover the wild, unspoilt coastline along the GR 34 or the coastal paths of Cap Sizun.
