At the entrance to the City of Douarnenez, not overlooked, close to the Sea and Hiking trails, the Plomarc'h natural site and all shops, this house has been completely renovated for your comfort. You'll enjoy the pretty 2-storey courtyard in an outbuilding, well exposed and not overlooked. Inside, large bay windows let the light in, the kitchen is fully equipped and the living room cosy and comfortable. Upstairs, the master suite with en-suite shower room overlooks the Sea! Ideally located for exploring the wild Cap Sizun coastline, the picturesque town of Locronan or the old city of Quimper, all the way to the Crozon peninsula!
300m from Le Ris beach, in a small cul-de-sac, pretty renovated house with beautiful courtyard enclosed by high stone walls and double terrace. The first floor features a fitted kitchen with central island, opening onto a comfortable living room. Upstairs, via an attractive wood and metal staircase, you'll find a relaxation area, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a bathroom with Italian shower, vanity unit, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate toilet with washbasin. Outside, a pretty gate leads to a small paved driveway leading to the south-facing tiled terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers, and a few steps to a second, shady, flower-filled terrace with sitting area on artificial turf, not overlooked.

Marc Vacances fin septembre
Ce gite est parfait , situation permettant un acces facile sur la ville et la region . L’accueil par mr yvon nedelec est super . Il nous transmet sa passion pour ce penty issu d'une histoire familiale , il a realisé son rêve d’enfant en faisant une reconstruction formidable . Rien que pour le rencontrer ça vaut le déplacement . Ne changez rien .

Hamburg Schöne Aussicht
Wunderschönes neues Ferienhaus, welches in den alten historischen Mauern entstanden ist. Alles ist sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus, die Lage und die Umgebung hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich für das nächste Jahr gebucht haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und uns bestens erholt. Auch während unseres zweiten Aufenthalts war alles perfekt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang von Yvon war herzlich. Einem besseren Ort, um den Bretagne Urlaub zu genießen, gibt es für uns nicht. Deshalb ist es nicht ausgeschlossen, dass wir auch ein drittes Mal wiederkommen. Lieben Dank an Yvon und Catherine für wunderbare und unbeschwerte Ferientage.

Dieter Une fois de plus: excellent sans exception
Comme l'année dernière on a choisi cette maison et senti comme chez nous dés l'accueil d'Yvon Nédelec.
Cette fois, au mois de juillet, on a eu en plus la chance de profiter bien des grandes fêtes de la region: la Festival des Brodeuses à Pont l'Abbé et bien sûr les Fêtes Maritimes dans la baie de Douarnenez.Il est plus que probable que nous reviendrons!

L'art aux 4 vents Un penty chaleureux,super beau,vivant.
La maison, son agencement, sa situation nous ont permis d’être directement en vacances.
Nos objectifs étaient :sérénité, découvertes, nature et pour certain inspiration.
Objectifs et bien au delà ,atteints.
