At the entrance to the City of Douarnenez, not overlooked, close to the Sea and Hiking trails, the Plomarc'h natural site and all shops, this house has been completely renovated for your comfort. You'll enjoy the pretty 2-storey courtyard in an outbuilding, well exposed and not overlooked. Inside, large bay windows let the light in, the kitchen is fully equipped and the living room cosy and comfortable. Upstairs, the master suite with en-suite shower room overlooks the Sea! Ideally located for exploring the wild Cap Sizun coastline, the picturesque town of Locronan or the old city of Quimper, all the way to the Crozon peninsula!
300m from Le Ris beach, in a small cul-de-sac, pretty renovated house with beautiful courtyard enclosed by high stone walls and double terrace. The first floor features a fitted kitchen with central island, opening onto a comfortable living room. Upstairs, via an attractive wood and metal staircase, you'll find a relaxation area, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a bathroom with Italian shower, vanity unit, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate toilet with washbasin. Outside, a pretty gate leads to a small paved driveway leading to the south-facing tiled terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers, and a few steps to a second, shady, flower-filled terrace with sitting area on artificial turf, not overlooked.

Sabine et Thomas Frühlingszauber
Wir haben das fantastische Haus nach unserem 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt im Herbst gleich noch einmal für einen Monat im April gebucht. Das Wetter war uns gewogen, man konnte barfuß die einsamen Strände erkunden und sogar im Meer baden oder die GR 34 weiter erkunden. Über den sentier panoramique gelangt man von „Impasse des quatre vents“ direkt an den Hafen von Douarnenez mit den Cafés oder zu Les Halles, wo uns der Fisch- und der Käsestand besonders überzeugt haben. Frisch gebackene Crêpes kann man dort und auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite kaufen. Das Haus selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist nicht einsehbar und lässt sich als ebenerdige Erweiterung des Wohnraums bestens nutzen.

Sabine et Thomas Quelle belle maison!
Welch ein schönes Haus! Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und äußerst gepflegt, der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich mit der tollen Küche ist ein echter Wohlfühlort. Die geschützte Terrasse erweitert das Raumgefühl durch die Fensterfront und abends wirkt der beleuchtete Außenbereich wie eine zauberhafte Theaterkulisse.
Die verschiedenen Strände und „pointes“ sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen, Douarnenez ist ein hübsches Städtchen, der kleine Marktstand an der Längsseite von „Les Halles“ ist sehr zu empfehlen (dienstags /freitags/samstags). Auch langes Anstehen lohnt sich!Von der Familie wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und aufgenommen, den Kontakt und die netten Gespräche haben wir sehr genossen.

Delrac Gîte parfait pour passer d'excellentes vacances
J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte tout confort et calme, idéalement placé pour visiter le Finistère sud.
Yvon et Catherine les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et ont à cœur de nous faire passer de bonnes vacances.
Rien ne manque dans ce gîté aménagé avec beaucoup de goût.
À proximité immédiate de la plage.

Les nazairiens Un havre de paix
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui nous a fait découvrir l'âme de ce penty atypique où rien ne manque ! La qualité est largement au rendez-vous sur tous les points ... A deux pas de la plage du Ris et du GR34, l'implantation du gîte invite à la randonnée et à la contemplation de beaux paysages. Un séjour reposant et une envie de revenir à l'abri des 4 vents. Merci encore à Yvon et sa famille !
