Completely independent, modern new house in wooded garden (built in late 2017). Bright thanks to its south-facing aspect, spacious and comfortable. You'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and lounge, forming a large living room opening onto a wooden terrace. The ground floor is completed by a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), dressing room and private shower room (shower, washbasin), toilet, laundry room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, a shower room (2 basins, shower), separate wc, a first bedroom with a 2-person bed (160x200), a second bedroom with 2 twin 1-person beds (80x200). An additional room with a 1-person bed (90x180), a study, storage space, etc. complete the first floor. Garage available in summer. 2 adult bicycles available.

François Séjour enchanteur
Un grand merci pour les vacances merveilleuses ! La maison est parfaitement aménagée et très bien équipée. Le beau jardin est très agréable et permet de nombreux repas dehors. L'emplacement au calme est idéal, juste à côté de l'île Tudy accessible par un chemin de randonnée. Toute la famille a adoré les vacances, avec de nombreuses parties de badminton, un stage de voile pour les ados et la découverte de Pont-Aven et l'île de Sein. Le port de Sainte-Marine et Loctudy, à quelques minutes en voiture, sont également magnifiques. La literie est également de très bonne qualité. Un grand merci pour tout !
