Welcome to this spacious, comfortable, recently built, detached house, close to the beaches and nearby hiking trails. This rental is ideal for a stay with family or friends in any season to discover the joys of the sea, water sports, fishing or long iodized walks. Hikers will appreciate the GR 34, which runs through the Mousterlin dunes and leads to the Pointe de Beg Meil. There's plenty to do during your stay, from discovering the charming little seaside resort of Bénodet with its thalasso and casino, to visiting Concarneau and its walled town, or strolling through the narrow streets of Quimper and its cathedral.
On the Pointe de Mousterlin road, lovely house completely renovated in 2021, combining old-world charm, modern comfort and wood and metal decoration.
First floor:

bedroom with PMR access and private shower room with large Italian shower, separate toilet,
a storeroom.
Upstairs, via an attractive staircase, you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with private shower room: one with 1 double bed (160x200), the other two with 1 double bed (140x190), separate wc.
Outside, you'll find a large terrace with garden furniture, a lounge for relaxing, an electric plancha and an enclosed garden (low wall, trellis, plants) with private parking.

Bettina modernes und geschmackvolles Haus
Wir haben eine wundervolle Ferienwoche in diesem schönen Haus an der Atlantikküste der Bretagne verbracht. Die Gegend ist ausserhalb der Hauptsaison sehr ruhig und das nahe gelegene Naturschutzgebiet lädt zu entspannenden und interessanten Spaziergängen ein. Auch das Meer und die Boulangerie sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Der Empfang der Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich, das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und vor allem auch zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung (industrial Style, warme Farben) hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer (jedes mit eigenem Bad) war in unserem Fall ideal, da wir sechs Personen waren und so jeder seine Privacy hatte. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der grosse Esstisch an der Fensterfront lädt zu geselligen Abenden ein. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft und idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Exkursionen in der Gegend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Accueil chaleureux avec présentation de la maison.
Maison spacieuse, bien décorée, très bien équipée dans toutes les pièces.
Adaptation au handicap satisfaisant pour nous : accès, rdc, chambre, sdb et wc.

Situation idéale pour randonner dans les environs, sur le littoral ou à l'intérieur des terres.

Excellent séjour à Mousterlin en août 2024 en famille, la maison est très agréable et lumineuse, équipements et mobiliers de qualité, cuisine très bien équipée, chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de douche. La maison dispose d’une grande terrasse avec un salon de jardin, grande table extérieure et plancha. La propriétaire des lieux est très accueillante, nous recommandons vivement !!! La région est magnifique
