The villa is located in a small, typically Breton village, with 17 km of sandy coastline, and very dynamic with many activities. There's a bar/restaurant not far from the house, where you can enjoy good food or an aperitif on the exceptional terrace. For our walking friends, the GR 34 passes close to the house. All shops are less than a kilometer away: mini-market, bakery... Kayaks are available during your stay.

La Maison du Bord de Sea in Santec is a luxury villa for 10/12 people, with an indoor swimming pool and direct access to the Beach. The living room offers a breathtaking view of the Sea and the island of Batz thanks to large bay windows, while the kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped. The indoor swimming pool (7mx3m, 1.50m deep) is heated to 28°C and has a sea view. 5 bedrooms are available: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm) with en suite bathroom and sea view, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200cm) and sea view, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm), and 1 Kids bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190cm), 2 of which are bunk beds. 2 shower rooms with wc.
