Ideally located between the beaches (300m) and the town of Plounéour-Trez (600m), the gîte offers the calm and comfort of a detached house.
It has been completely renovated in 2019.
On the first floor, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a shower room (with toilet, washbasin and Italian shower), a garage with laundry area.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 x 140x190 double bed, a bedroom with 1 x 180 x200 king-size double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, one 140x190 double and the other 90x190 (and children's games), bathroom with toilet and changing table. Included free of charge: electricity and water + sheets, comforters, covers... and towels supplied and beds made. All baby comforts on request and free of charge (stroller, cot, high chair, games, playpen...) and babysitting available.
Outside, a 200m² enclosed garden (fenced and hedged) with duckboard terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs. A courtyard with parking for 2 cars is also available.
