This farmhouse is ideally located in the countryside, 1km from the pretty character town of Guerlesquin, at the gateway to the Parc d'Armorique and equidistant from the Monts d'Arrée and Brittany's magnificent north coast. You can also enjoy the pleasures of the beach, as the seaside is only 20 minutes away, and the lake 1km. From Guerlesquin, on the border with the Côtes d'Armor, you can discover the riches of both departments, the pink granite coast or Morlaix Bay, and the pleasant seaside resorts of Roscoff, Carantec, Plougasnou and Locquirec. Don't miss the parish enclosures and the Monts d'Arrée. There's plenty to do in the region, including Breton dancing, maritime festivals, lively markets and a visit to a beekeeper. Take advantage of your stay to visit the farm: Normandy cows, organic farming... Taste farm products (poultry, fresh and mature cheese, pork).

You'll be staying in a detached house close to the farm, not far from another gîte. You'll find an interior that has retained its charm and character, with beautiful stonework and exposed beams, and a large fireplace where you'll spend cosy evenings by the fire. You'll find a living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, a shower room, a toilet with washbasin and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 1 double bed, a relaxation room ideal for resting and reading with a TV, and a toilet with washbasin. Outside, you'll find a garden, a terrace with a lounge where you can gather the whole family around the barbecue, a covered shelter and a shared swing for children to play on.
