It's a 14th century building, very comfortable and well-appointed. On the ground floor you'll find a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. Exposed granite stones and beams bear witness to a storied past. The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms, one with a Bed 90x190 cm, the other with 2 single beds 90x190 cm. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Toilets and laundry facilities are also available. The private terrace, overlooking a courtyard, has comfortable garden furniture and a stone barbecue for lunches and dinners in the sun. The 2 houses can be rented for a total of 12 people. GR34 directly accessible from the property.
Between land and sea, in a park classified as one of Brittany's Remarkable Parks and Gardens, the Grange du Manoir lives in the shadow of the Manoir de Kervereguen, established in the 13th and 14th centuries and owned by the same family for 8 centuries. You'll enjoy a magnificent 15-hectare environment planted with flowers and trees, where the peace and quiet is remarkable, and children will have plenty of space to run around and have fun, all the while benefiting from the proximity of the beaches and the fishing and yachting harbor, which offers all the nautical leisure activities in the heart of the Pays Bigouden.

Une très bonne semaine pour profiter des grandes villes historiques à moins de 45 mn du gîte, dont le calme est appréciable.
Les regrets: l'intérieur du gîte est très sombre (lié à l'origine du bâtiment), une gazinière qui semble hors d'âge, et des toilettes et Salles de bain très peu ventilés.- Cleanliness

Nous avons été très heureux de vous accueillir et que vous ayez apprécié le calme de la Grange du Manoir . Cette grange bâtit il y a plusieurs siècles est pleine de charme et très intimiste comme le sont ces bâtiments plusieurs fois centenaires. La gazinière est récente, deux ans, comme vous l'a précisé Celine à qui vous aviez fait cette remarque, j'ai fait le choix d'un modèle sans électronique pour des raisons de fiabilité, la Grange étant peu occupée de novembre à mars .
Je vais faire contrôler la VMC présente dans les douches qui n'ont pas fait l'objet de remarques jusqu'à présent, une défaillance étant possible . Je suis attentif aux remarques des familles que nous accueillons pour faire progresser la qualité de la Grange du Manoir. -

Nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire et la bienvenue, comme lors de nos autres séjours. Nous allons régulièrement sur Loctudy et prenons toujours le même gîte tellement on y est bien. Calme, repos et lieu exceptionnel. Le secteur est magnifique.

John and Alison Excellent
Property well situated and very peaceful. Fully equipped. We were warmly welcomed by Celine who was extremely helpful.
The owner Hugues de Pentenfenyo was a great host. He kindly showed us around and gave us an amazing insight into the property and its history.
Easy walk to catch the ferry to Ile Tudy. Plenty of well signed cycle paths.

Gite de caractère propre,fonctionnel et confortable.
Au calme et dans un environnement boisé.La visite de ce magnifique manoir proposée par le propriétaire était très intéressante.Lieu proche de nombreux centres d'intérêt sur la côte ou dans les terres.

Creusois La Creuse en balade
Excellent séjour dans un cadre idyllique. Très très bon accueil de Céline . Une visite du manoir parle propriétaire était un plus et a été très apprécié de nous tous. Merci pour sa convivialité et sa gentillesse. Le gîte est bien équipé,bien aménagé,très frais (appréciable par cette semaine chaude),le parc est magnifique avec la présence d'animaux surprenants ( chevreuil écureuil nombreux oiseaux,) . Le soleil était là . Bref une semaine très appréciée. Nous reviendrons certainement et le conseillons vivement.
