In the countryside of Goulien, in the heart of Cap Sizun, this characterful 1820 farmhouse has been renovated into 3 gites for a pleasant vacation with family or friends. Peace and quiet guaranteed. Relax on the terrace or in the garden. There are many natural sites to see (Pointe du Raz, Pointe du Van, Baie des Trépassés), birdwatching at the Goulien ornithological reserve or a walk along the GR 34. Heritage: numerous chapels, the Kériolet mill in Beuzec Cap Sizun, Pont Croix, Locronan. Nearby, various leisure activities for young and old (aquarium, sailing center, painting exhibition, folk festivals, etc.).

House adjoining the owners' and close to another gîte. On the ground floor, you'll appreciate the pleasant living room with its open-plan kitchen. You'll appreciate the warmth provided by the combination of stone and wood, and the meticulous decoration. Upstairs is a bedroom with 1 double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy the flower-filled garden, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for grilling on sunny days. This is an ideal place to stay with family or friends, as 3 adjoining gites allow you to be together in complete independence. We accept up to two pets (see conditions).

    A refaire !

    Petite location propre, bien agencée, où il ne manque rien. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Un bouquet de roses fraîches et du jus de pommes délicieux nous attendaient à l'arrivée.
    Propriété calme, très beau verger et jardin très bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié de manger sur la terrasse. Très bien située pour visiter le cap Sizun.

    LES BEAUX GITES DE GOULIEN

    Nous connaissons les gîtes ruraux de Madame et Monsieur GORAGER à GOULIEN depuis plusieurs années.
    Les trois gites sont bien conçus et très bien équipés. Rien ne manque.
    L'accueil des propriétaires est toujours chaleureux. Les gites sont décorés avec soin. C'est un havre de paix à proximité de la mer.
    Nous sommes venus trois semaines en Avril - Mai 2025.
    Nous avons reloué 15 jours en Septembre 2025. C'est vous dire notre enthousiasme.

    Très beau séjour

    Nous avons profité d'une très belle semaine à Trévern, dîner sur la terrasse tous les soirs au soleil couchant, gîte très bien équipé, y compris si l'envie vous prend de faire cuire des crustacés!
