Between Morlaix and Carantec, totally independent house, beautifully renovated in 2023, with an unobstructed view over the Countryside for 4/6 people.
Situated between land and Sea, close to the Hiking trails of the Penzé valley, the ruins of the Penhoat castle, the small port of Penzé and its accrobranche park.
Sylvie and Ronan will be delighted to welcome you to their bright, cosy Holiday cottage in a calm, relaxing setting on the heights of the Penzé, not far from the beaches of Carantec.
Not to be missed: Roscoff, a seaside resort with a thalassotherapy center, its old port, its pier for the ILE DE BATZ, and the magnificent exotic garden.
Carantec, with its beaches, Nautical Base and small Callot Island.
Morlaix, a city of art and history, boasts a rich heritage.
Nearby, parish enclosures and the Monts d'Arrée.
The first floor features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful room 2 steps down, comprising a bright living room with bay windows and skylights, a cosy living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a 2-person 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you can choose between a bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200, a small bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, a lovely terrace with garden furniture, lounge and barbecue, an outbuilding with table soccer, darts, laundry room and space to store your bikes or water sports equipment, a pétanque alley with boules and Mölki, a large flat garden and unobstructed views over the countryside. Private parking for several cars, with reinforced socket (included in the price). Poss 6 persons free on request.

Saphir royal Excellent séjour
Tout était parfait : l’accueil de Ronan et Sylvie , la maison très bien équipée et joliment décorée par Sylvie ainsi que les extérieurs par Ronan , l’excellente literie , le calme de la campagne et la proximité de Morlaix et des sites touristiques . Bref une adresse à recommander .

Lio Le gîte parfait !
C’est notre troisième séjour avec gîte de France et nous ne sommes pas déçus.
Le gîte est neuf, il ne manque rien , la déco est sympa, les propriétaires accueillants ( avec un panier garni!) , et la cheminée un gros plus à cette saison . L’extérieur est très soigné aussi avec un bel espace sans vis à vis .
Le gîte est bien placé pour faire ses courses (6 min d’une zone commercial ) et à proximité du littoral .- Cleanliness

Lydia & Éric Ein bijou - hier möchten wir wohnen
Wir waren schonmal hier und wir kommen immer wieder. Könnten wir bleiben, würden wir es tun. Die Ruhe, die schöne Landschaft. Grossartig. Das Haus ist modern, sehr umfangreich, geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es hat Platz ohne Ende, drinnen wie draussen. Von den Nachbarhäusern bekommt man kaum was mit. Sylvie und Ronan sind ein sehr herzliches, liebevolles, freundliches und sympathisches Paar, die wir sehr schätzen. Sie sind immer erreichbar und überaus hilfsbereit. Gastgeber durch und durch. Wir kommen wieder, so oft wir können. A bientôt.

Éric Geschmackvolles und edles Paradies
Ihr sucht Ruhe, Geborgenheit, Frieden, Entspannung und das alles in einem sehr schönen, geschmackvollen, edlen Rahmen? Dann seid ihr in der Casa Tata genau richtig. Dieses Haus und der Platz verdienen 6 von 5 Sternen. Ein Traum. Sylvie und Ronan sind zwei super sympathische Gastgeber und immer für einen da. Ich bzw. wir werden ganz bestimmt hierher zurückkommen.

Bon matelas et appareils de qualité.
Il y a même eu deux chatons qui sont venus avec leur mère, égayer notre séjour. je recommande sans hésiter.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Ausgangspunkten zum Radeln auf dem Euro Velo 4 und an der Küste auf dem V45 entlang.
