Located in the Morlaix/Ploujean commune, it has the advantage of being in the Countryside yet close to the City (5km) and the Sea (Morlaix Bay 4km, Beach 10km). This longère will win you over with the care taken in its high-quality renovation using environmentally-friendly materials, including biocompatible electrical wiring. It's a great achievement to have preserved the charm of the old with its beams and old stones, while combining it with contemporary decor. There's plenty to see and do in the area: the picturesque City of Morlaix, with its narrow streets and medieval houses, the Bay of Morlaix, Roscoff, Carantec, Callot Island, St Pol de Léon, and why not take a day trip to the Isle of Batz from the port of Morlaix from April to October?

Detached farmhouse, not overlooked, close to the owners' house and a dairy farm. On the ground floor, you'll find a large, bright living room with a small glazed relaxation area, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and lounge. A wood pellet stove heats the house comfortably in winter. A double bedroom with a king-size bed (160x200) is located on the same level, as is a bathroom with toilet. The spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find a second bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be twinned to form a 180x200 bed, a shower room and a toilet. BEDS MADE UP ON ARRIVAL, AND LINEN PROVIDED. Outside, you can enjoy the large courtyard with its garden furniture, as well as the meadow planted with fruit trees.
