This typically Breton farmhouse is located in the village of Locronan, a magnificent little medieval town that's a must-see whatever the season. At the entrance to the Crozon peninsula, just a few kilometers from Douarnenez and Quimper, you'll be ideally placed for exploring Finistère. Hikers can follow the GR34 along the steep cliffs of the Crozon peninsula, or take in the panoramic views from the summit of Menez Hom. Beautiful sandy beaches welcome families and children for angling or sandcastle competitions. As for gourmets, they'll love the local specialty: Kouign Amann, not to mention seafood and crêpes.
Just a five-minute walk from the lively historic center of Locronan, one of France's most beautiful villages, discover this beautiful stone farmhouse of over 2000m² set in greenery. You'll appreciate the meticulous decoration, tranquility and spaciousness of the rooms. On the ground floor, the warm living room with its fireplace includes a cosy lounge opening onto the garden through a French window, and a comfortable dining room for meals with family or friends. The large, functional kitchen is fully equipped. A bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), a bathroom with bathtub, separate wc and a laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer) complete the ground floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms await you, the 1st with 2 beds 90x200 (possibility of a 180x200 bed), and 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 90x200 and a bathroom with toilet. The owners have thought of everything (linen, canal+, wifi. by fiber... included) for the comfort of their guests.

Lage, Grösse und Garten für Familien gut geeignet.
Küche, Schlafzimmer und Toilette unten sind renovierungsbedürftig.
Ausstattung der Küche sollte erneuert werden.
Handtücher in den Bädern teilweise fleckig oder kaputt.
Auflagen für Gartenmöbel waren nicht vorhanden.
Insgesamt fehlt es dem Haus an Sauberkeit, Pflege und Ordnung.

Pascal-17 Excellent séjour à Kerjacob
Une belle semaine passée dans le gite de Kerjacob. Celui ci est idéalement situé, proche du centre de Locronan, au calme, disposant d'un bel espace extérieur, et du confort attendu. Sa situation permet de rayonner facilement sur cette très belle région du Finistère.
Notre hôte a été de bon conseils et nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour entre amis.- Cleanliness

R en R Un super séjour à Locronan
Un séjour très agréable dans le beau village de Locronan. Le gîte est très bien équipé, propre, spacieux, bien localisé pour découvrir la région. La propriétaire est très gentille et correcte. Il y a un boulanger, un café et quelques restaurants dans le village, et des grandes surface à quelques kilomètres. Bref, tout dont on a besoin pour se sentir bien et confortable, est présent. C'était super.

Les chemirois La maison aux rhododendrons
Le gîte est foncionnel, et confortable (avec une bonne literie pour chaque chambre),il est aussi très bien situé,à cinq minutes à pied, du centre de la jolie commune de Locronan. Nous avons aussi apprécié les cadeaux de bienvenue des propriétaires.
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour(en famille),nous avons visité Quimper, la pointe du Raz, la presqu'île de Crozon, la baie de Douarnenez, Concarneau, le Menez Hom...etc avec un soleil radieux.

CATY WAZ Beau temps à LOCRONAN
La maison n'est pas faite pour recevoir des personnes âgées ou handicapées. En effet plusieurs niveaux au sol du bas étage et pente au plafond à l'étage. Pour le reste maison confortable

Bonjour,
Merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis. Je suis désolée d'apprendre que certains aspects de la maison ne vous ont pas convenu.
Je précise que, comme indiqué dans l'annonce, le gîte n'est pas classé PMR (Personnes à Mobilité Réduite). J'ai l'habitude d'accueillir des personnes âgées et, jusqu'à présent, je n'ai reçu aucun retour négatif concernant la configuration des lieux.
Votre remarque m'étonne donc un peu, d'autant plus qu'aucune difficulté ne m'a été signalée durant votre séjour. Si cela avait été le cas, j'aurais naturellement fait de mon mieux pour améliorer votre confort.
Merci toutefois d'avoir souligné que la maison reste confortable dans l'ensemble.
