In South Finistère, come and stay in a lovely, fully-renovated house with all modern comforts, in a peaceful setting in the heart of a small hamlet. Penhors beach (blue flag, surfing town), with lifeguard surveillance in July and August, is 3km from the gîte. Popular with surfers and sand yachts, it's also the ideal place to enjoy a swim with family and friends. At low tide, you can walk to the Pointe de la Torche (20km). The gîte's location is ideal for visiting the region.
Cleaning, beds made up on arrival, electricity and heating (air conditioning upstairs) are all included in the rental price.
3km from Penhors beach and 2km from shops, lovely renovated house with 130 m² enclosed garden. First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a cosy living room, bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and dressing room, shower room with Italian shower, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs (air-conditioned), a lovely mezzanine with sitting area (possibility of extra person - bed converted into bench), a bedroom with 2 beds 80x200 that can be twinned into 1 bed 160x200. Outside, a garden with garden furniture and a small bicycle shed.

AgnèsP Excellent séjour à Pouldreuzic
Gîte très bien situé au cœur d’un hameau hyper calme, à 3 km de l’océan.
Le gîte est confortable et agréable à vivre ; il est baigné de lumière dès le matin.
Chauffage électrique efficace (convecteurs puissants dans les pièces principales, chauffe-serviettes dans la sdd).
Nous n’avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour, tout ayant été bien pensé par le propriétaire des lieux.
Le gîte est très bien équipé, avec du matériel de qualité.
Mention spéciale pour la chambre du rdc : literie très récente et confortable (c’est bien souvent le point faible de nos séjours en gîtes) et dressing spacieux à disposition, avec de vrais cintres en bois (pas ces affreux cintres de récupération en plastique qui déforment vos vêtements).
Enfin, un propriétaire très bienveillant avec qui nous avons eu plaisir à échanger.
