It features an entrance hall with checkroom, a kitchen opening onto the living room with pellet stove, a bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190 with its own open shower room, a toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190, a bedroom with 2 pull-out beds 90x190, a bathroom with toilet. Outside, a lovely enclosed terrace (wicket gate and screen) in washed concrete with garden furniture, small garden and courtyard with parking. There's a private swimming pool measuring 2.50 m x 3.50 m, 1.10 m deep, heated to 28°C from May to September. Reinforced socket for electric vehicle available (invoiced at €10/day). Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves, just a 4-minute walk from sandy beaches and the GR 34 hiking trail.
