The coastal footpaths pass right by the gite, and you'll appreciate the harmonious, contemporary decor. Access to the owner's swimming pool (outdoor 8x4m, covered by a telescopic dome, heated to 28°). During your stay, enjoy treatments at the Roscoff Thalasso, walks on the beach and boat trips to the Ile de Batz... The region is magnificent: St Pol de Léon Cathedral, beautiful granite houses in and around Roscoff, parish enclosures... Seaside landscapes, coastal paths and fishing ports... And gastronomy: PDO rosé onions, fish, shellfish, far breton and cider. You can also take advantage of the many leisure activities and maritime festivals in season.

Contemporary and brand-new (built in 2018): - bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with direct access to the terrace and landscaped garden - wc - spacious bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) - shower room with Italian shower For your comfort, beds will be made up free of charge on arrival Outside: - private garden (not enclosed) with terrace garden furniture (dining area, deckchairs, parasol) and barbecue.

Owner's Piscine: - shared from April to mid-October in the communal garden behind the Holiday cottages - size 8m x 4m - heated to 28° and covered by a telescopic dome.
