In the heart of Brittany - Kalon/Breizh, halfway between the legendary Huelgoat forest and Carhaix, an ancient Roman Vorgium, you'll be staying in a quiet hamlet that's ideal for hiking and fishing. Chapel nearby. Possibility of discovering Breton culture. Jacques will be delighted to welcome you to the 'Gwennili' (swallows) gîte in Poullaouen, a typical village in central Brittany. Less than an hour from the Finistère coast and the Morbihan and Côtes d'Armor departments, or near the valley of the Breton saints, come and recharge your batteries between nature, heritage, gastronomy, Breton culture, hiking, Festivals, particularly that of the vieilles charrues.

You'll be staying in a pretty stone house, semi-detached but with independent access, in a small hamlet in the countryside without farms and in a wooded area. The 30m² living room, which opens directly onto the terrace, is warmly decorated with wooden furniture and a closed hearth fireplace. The large sitting area, with its comfortable leather sofa, awaits you for evenings of reading by the fire. On the other side of the room you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. A toilet with washbasin adjoins the room. A solid wood staircase leads to the sleeping area, comprising a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and a small desk (extra bed available on request). A bathroom with toilet completes the first floor, and a laundry room is at your disposal. In common with the other gîte, you'll have access to an enclosed garden and a shed with games room and tumble dryer.
