Ideally located along the voie verte, 5kms from Concarneau, the Thalasso, the Ville Close, the Corniche and the beaches, lovely tastefully renovated house for 2 people, for vacations, telecommuting or business trips. Just 2 minutes from the expressway between Quimper and Lorient, ideal for exploring the whole of South Finistère.
Adjoining the owners' house, with independent access, pretty single-storey house for 2 people. It features a lovely kitchen with dining area opening onto a cosy living room (sofa convertible into a comfortable extra bed), a large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a bathroom with a large Italian shower, vanity unit and separate toilet, and a small storeroom. Outside, a covered terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue, a private enclosed garden (gates lined with wire mesh) and gates. Private parking for one car.

Olivier & Kirsten Gîte magnifique
Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit gehobener Ausstattung, guter Aufteilung und vielen interessanten Details. Der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund ideal, da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist…uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können dieses Gîte zu 100 % empfehlen…
