Housed in the farm's former stable, it's a stone building with a wooden extension. To the north, a small tree-lined parking area, bordered by peach trees, welcomes you. To the south, the garden, enclosed by low hedged walls, offers a wooden terrace, next to a small shelter, the "loñch poal", with its large pot where pigs' potatoes were once cooked, an ideal spot for barbecues. Outdoor lighting extends the long summer evenings.

On the first floor, facing the fitted kitchen with its granite wall, stands a beautiful 19th-century Bigouden wardrobe, next to the TV area and dining area.
The extension houses the shower room, with its very spacious walk-in shower, as well as the toilet and a corridor reserved for storage and technical areas.
The entire lower level is equipped with underfloor heating.
Upstairs is the large, bright bedroom, with its two beds (160x200, 90x200 and a baby bed), closet and pine chest of drawers.
