In the heart of Roscoff, close to shops, the sea and the fishing port, come and discover your harmoniously decorated, contemporary family home. Bring your family or friends together for the vacations. If you feel like it, ask for a tour of the vegetable farm and discover the vegetables grown there. A pleasant footpath leads down to the beaches for swimming or fishing. Visit the Bay of Morlaix from Santec to Locquirec, via Carantec and St Pol de Léon, and discover a magnificent coastline. Set sail for the islands of Ile de Batz, Ile Callot and Ile de Sieck from the old port.

Detached house for up to 12 people, on a one-way street in the center of Roscoff, with a large garden and terrace. On the ground floor, you'll find a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a veranda with the living area. A bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room with toilet. Separate wc. On the second floor, three further bedrooms, each with a different, carefully-crafted decoration. The first with 1 double bed (160x200), the other two with 1 double bed (140x200), a shower room and separate wc. The second floor has been designed with children in mind, and features a bedroom with 4 single beds (90x200), and a large games/relaxation room. Outside, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, all fully enclosed (fence, wall, plants), a covered shelter and a garage.
