4 kms from the Beach and Bénodet, in a green setting, this house with enclosed garden (plants and low wall), is part of a complex comprising 3 independent Holiday cottages and the owners' house. You'll enjoy a pleasant interior with exposed beams and stonework. You'll find a modern, functional kitchen, a tastefully decorated living room and a wood-burning stove for cosy winter evenings. There's also a toilet, washbasin and storeroom. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x200), and a shower room. Outside, you'll enjoy the garden and terrace with its lounge, barbecue and portico. Possibility of accommodating 2 additional guests.

C'est à Bénodet, perle de la Riviera Bretonne, que se situent nos gîtes. Cette jolie métairie du château de Cheffontaine a été acquise par nos grands parents dans les années 1920. Nous avons rénové peu à peu tous les bâtiments pour en faire notre habitation ainsi que des gîtes, indépendants, spacieux, clairs et confortables. L'accueil des vacanciers est une tradition familiale et nous avons plaisir à leur faire découvrir les richesses et les merveilles de notre région. Wir, 2 Pärchen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem großen, freundlich eingerichteten Haus mit eigener Terasse und großem eigenem Garten.
Alice und Jean-Claude sind 2 sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Wirtsleute, die -nur über den Hof- für Anregungen und Hilfe immer erreichbar waren.

phoeis Un joli havre de paix près de l'océan
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte tout confort, qui permet de passer de la campagne à l'océan en quelques kilomètres.
Les propriétaires nous ont gentiment offert du miel et du cidre.
La prestation est tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description, nous reviendrons certainement séjourner dans ce gîte très tranquille et parfaitement rénové !
