Holiday cottage for 5/6 people 5 minutes from the Beach, with enclosed garden, ideally located for touring South Finistère.

Who would have thought that here we are in the old stable and pigsty? The only clues are the small niches in the thick granite walls, which served as ventilation systems for the animals. The enclosed parking lot to the north, where two vehicles can be parked, welcomes us between its enormous clumps of variegated hydrangeas. Outdoor lighting (with presence detector) gives the landscaped garden another dimension at night. 5km from the beach, adjoining another gîte with enclosed garden and private parking, close to the owners' house.

The entire first floor is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
There's a spacious shower room with walk-in shower, large washbasin and wall-hung toilet.
A spacious south-facing bedroom (bed 140x200) opens directly onto the wooden garden terrace through a French window.
The living room is bright and functional, with a TV corner, an old closed bed for storing dishes, and a fitted kitchen with a dining area and an 1812 oak sideboard.
A glass door gives direct access to the garden. The downstairs has underfloor heating.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with wooden floors share the space, with a small shower room and another toilet.
In one of the bedrooms, the Kids vie for the real enclosed bed (80x180) with its openwork spindle-turned front and sliding doors. In the other bedroom, which opens onto a small balcony overlooking the garden, two 90x200 beds lie side by side.
