The large living room opens onto a private terrace and garden, in the middle of which, around a large lime tree, a lounge has been set up for fine weather, accessible via a wooden walkway. Just a 15-minute drive from the Bay of Morlaix, you'll also enjoy the seaside resorts of Roscoff and Carantec, where you can enjoy swimming, water sports and thalassotherapy, visit the islands of Batz and the Château du Taureau by boat, and walk around the islands of Sieck and Callot at low tide. Close to the parish enclosures of Guimiliau, St Thégonnec, the Monts d'Arrée "the Breton Mountain", and Morlaix, City of Art and History. Many natural and cultural sites to discover. The fully-equipped Holiday cottage is located in the original Tymen farmhouse (la maison à la Pierre), renovated in 1998 and again in 2020, next to the owners' house, not far from Kerdeland, 2km from the village of Guiclan. Inside, you'll find a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) with en-suite shower room and toilet, a separate toilet, and a large, bright living room. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190). Outside, you'll find a terrace, garden furniture and a large shared garden with the owners. Electric vehicle recharging point available, payment extra according to consumption.
