Nestled in a lush green valley, Odile and Jean Luc welcome you to this gîte with its old-world charm, exposed beams and stone fireplace, its comfort and modernity, located just a few minutes from Quimper and not far from the beaches. The Voie Express, just 5 minutes away, will take you from Brest to Lorient, allowing you to discover the region's rich cultural and natural heritage. On site, you'll find hiking trails, forests, moors, valleys and rivers for mountain biking or walking. Ergué-Gabéric boasts a number of tourist and religious attractions, including the Chapelle Notre Dame de Kerdévot, the Eglise Saint-Guinal and many other monuments. Visit Quimper, a city of art and history in the heart of Cornouaille, then Fouesnant, Benodet and Concarneau, for seascapes, beaches and water sports. For the rest, discover Pont Aven, city of painters, Locronan, city of character, Douarnenez and its ports, Pont l'Abbé and its Bigouden tradition.

This house, renovated in 2015, is adjoining the owner's house, with separate terrace and garden. You'll enter the gîte via the veranda, the ideal place to enjoy the flower-filled garden during meals or aperitifs. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room. This living room is the perfect place to spend convivial moments. The cellar and toilets are accessible from the ground floor. Upstairs, a large bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200), the possibility of an extra single bed (80x190) and a study area. A second bedroom is available with 2 twin 1-person beds (90x200). The bathroom has a bathtub and shower over two basins, and a separate toilet. The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue will be appreciated for your meals and for your moments of relaxation the large garden with trees and deckchairs. Reinforced socket for recharging electric vehicles (€25/week).
