You'll be staying in this atypical gîte just 300m from the sea. You can take the GR34 for beautiful walks along the coast. The house is not far from the town of Douarnenez, nicknamed the town of 3 ports. Visit the port museum, take advantage of the town's many beaches, escape to Tristan Island and finally relax at the thalasso with its superb view over Douarnenez Bay. There's plenty to do in the area, including a trip to the Pointe du Raz, with its exceptional panorama of the old lighthouse and the Ile de Sein. Passing through the Baie des Trépassés, you can also discover the wilder Pointe du Van. Visit the charming little town of Locronan, just a few kilometers from the B&B, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages.
300m from the GR34 and the Bay of Douarnenez, welcome to this atypical, lovingly decorated house for 2 people. It's located in a pretty hamlet close to the owners' house. Enter through the carriage entrance onto the large terrace overlooking the vegetable patches, with a backdrop of the countryside and beautiful trees. On the first floor, you'll find a comfortable living room with cathedral ceiling, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a shower room with Italian shower, vanity unit and antique mirror, and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a large bedroom decorated in a 'gypsy caravan' style, with a 2-person bed (160x200), a relaxation area and desk, and a toilet. Internet connection. Private parking for your car on the property.

Excellent séjour dans un gîte confortable à la décoration originale.
La courette ensoleillée est un plus quel que soit le temps et la situation géographique permet de nombreuses visites. le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, il connaît parfaitement la région ce qui lui permet de nous donner de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons !- Cleanliness

Mimi Séjour à Livoach
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine,très bien accueilli par Alein le propriétaire petits gâteaux et cidre en plus et plein de bons conseils et d idées de balades
Le gîte est unique on s y sent bien tout de suite une maison.qui a comme une histoire à raconter et pleine de chaleur et de jolies meubles et décorations
Un gîte qui a été aménagé avec beaucoup d amour et de passion .la chambre est magnifique, étonnante et chaleureuse et rien ne manque au niveau accessoires dans ce beau gîte.
Pour finir.la terrasse et le petit jardin très beau qui garde un côté sauvage avec plein de belles plantes nous plaisaient beaucoup
Tout était calme , et la mer tout à côté et oui une grande envie d y revenirMerci beaucoup

Sabrina Excellent séjour, tout était parfait
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Alain.
Le gîte est charmant, très bien équipé, au calme tout en étant proche de la mer et du sentier côtier.
