Lots of space and light for this eco-construction Holiday cottage. Situated in the Aven valley, 10 minutes from the Sea, you'll appreciate the proximity of nature and the calm of the place. This Holiday cottage is available all year round for up to 7 people. All charges are included and beds are made up, except for electricity consumption exceeding 70 Kw/week. Additional Kw will be charged at 0.2 euros per Kw. The meter will be read on arrival. Without the "housekeeping package" option, the cottage must be left as clean as on arrival. If pets are present, the housekeeping package is strongly recommended.
Close to Pont Aven, a few minutes from the sea, in the Cornish countryside, this nicely furnished eco-gîte is located in a hamlet at the crossroads of hiking trails, BEDS MADE. Ground floor: kitchen with living room (50m²) and wood-burning stove, 1bed 1bed 160x200, shower room, wc. 1st floor: 1bed 160x200, 1bed 2beds 90x200 (twin) and 1bed 110x180, shower room, wc. Wood and solar heating. Internet access. Garden with lounge, barbecue, plancha on request, terrace and covered shelter.

Ian. Wonderful gite in a great location.
Our 2nd visit to this lovely gite and every bit as good as the 1st. Short drives to wonderful restaurants and beaches plus the hosts could not be anymore accommodating. 3rd visit on the cards within the next 2/3 years.

Zaza Excellent séjour au Gîte de l'Aven
Accueil très chaleureux de Michelle et Yann. Ce gîte regroupe tout confort, calme, propreté. Il est très bien placé pour visiter la côte bretonne. Félicitations aux propriétaires pour la réalisation de cette belle maison dans laquelle nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

C'est avec plaisir qu'on aurait randonné avec votre joyeuse et chaleureuse bande !
Malheureusement,le timing n'y était pas... Bonne continuation sur le GR 34 !

Toffee Belle decouverte
Situé dans un petit hameau, le calme absolu, un jardin magnifique, des hôtes accueillants et sympathiques. Un lieu proche de la nature, sans être perdu, nous avons passé une semaine magnifique bien trop courte, donc nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Patricia Un havre de paix
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte en harmonie avec la nature et ses chaleureux propriétaires, en pleine campagne,au calme, bercés par le chant des oiseaux. Nous avons egalement découvert le Finistère et son littoral magnifique en empruntant le GR 34.
Un séjour parfait avec en bonus un grand soleil.

Thierry L L'endroit est parfait et très calme
Très bien accueilli par Yvon, très gentil. Maison très bien agencée et pratique. Le poêle à bois est allumé. Il ne manque rien pour passer un agréable séjour. Le gîte est conçu avec goût, fruit d'un grand travail de réhabilitation d'une ancienne grange.
