Located in Audierne, this gîte is within easy reach of the whole of southern Finistère, allowing you to visit the Bay of Audierne as well as the entire Bigouden region. A magnificent sandy beach is just 250 m from the gîte, so you can enjoy the beach all day long, as well as water sports such as surfing, windsurfing and sailing. Nearby hiking trails will take you along coastal paths where you'll discover the beauty of the Finistère countryside. A jetty for the Ile de Sein is just 1 kilometer away, allowing you to discover the island's unspoilt scenery. The beauty of the site and the calm and charm of the house will win you over.

This large detached house welcomes you for a stay with friends or family / The ground floor comprises a kitchenette opening onto a living room with a stove and a 2-person "high-end" sofa bed. There are several bedrooms on the first floor, the first with a double bed (160*200), the second with 2 single beds, and the last with a double bed (140 x 190) and 2 single beds, and a toilet. A 2000 m² wooded park enclosed by walls and hedges will enable you to enjoy the beautiful long summer evenings. A covered terrace with a lounge and barbecue will delight everyone. The owners also put 4 adult bikes and 4 Kids bikes at your disposal. A Green Up socket is available for recharging your electric vehicle (charged at 0.20 euro per kw).
