New house built in 2015, south-facing, sea view, close to hiking trails, the tourist rail line (Morlaix to Ile de Batz) and beaches. The house is fully equipped for a pleasant vacation, with views over Morlaix Bay from the living room, bedroom and garden.
500m from the beach, gîte with sea view, adjoining another gîte. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living/dining room, wc, laundry room. First floor: 1bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with shower room and wc. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, garden with deckchairs. Electric heating. LL, SL, microwave, TV with DVD, radio CD, WIFI.

We’ve run out of superlatives to describe our affection for this gîte and the area after a dozen visits since September 2017, which would have been more if it hadn’t been for Covid. Moreover, this time the weather was superb.

Another very enjoyable stay in this wonderful gîte, which has everything one could wish for as regards location, facilities, scenery and the warmest possible welcome from the owner.
The small towns of Roscoff and St Pol are both within walking distance and are a delight to visit. The short boat trip to the Ile de Batz is essential.
Encore un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte merveilleux, qui a tout ce que l'on pourrait désirer en ce qui concerne la situation, les équipements, le paysage et la bienvenue la plus chaleureuse de la propriétaire.
Les petites villes de Roscoff et St Pol sont à distance de marche et sont incontournables, ainsi que l'Ile de Batz (en bateau).- Cleanliness
