Marie-Hélène and Charles welcome you to their Holiday cottage in Ploujean, on the border of Finistère and Côtes D'armor. This bright, renovated house is surrounded by a 1,500 m2 garden with a portico, table soccer and ping pong table, sure to delight Kids. Adults will enjoy the tranquility of the Countryside, close to the City and the Sea. Close to Morlaix, you'll enjoy strolling through the narrow streets or near the Marina, and discovering the riches of the Bay of Morlaix: Carantec, Callot Island, Le Château du Taureau, Le Cairn de Barnenez, Plougasnou, Locquirec, Roscoff, a seaside resort with Thalasso.and Batz Island. A 30-minute drive will take you to Brest, where you can discover the navy and Océanopolis. Or to the east, discover the pink granite coast and visit one of France's most beautiful villages, Ploumanach. In terms of heritage, discover the parish enclosures and their remarkable architecture. In the Monts d'Arrée, go hiking on the many trails.

Situated 1km from the Bay of Morlaix, this detached house offers all modern comforts. Inside, you'll appreciate the house's sober, meticulous decoration. The house is built over a cellar, with access to the 1st level via an outside staircase. You'll find a functional, fully-equipped kitchen, a pleasant, bright living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a shower room and a toilet. On the 2nd level, two warmly-colored bedrooms, one with 2 linkable single beds (90x200), one with 1 single bed (90x200), and a toilet. Outside, you'll appreciate the 1500m² enclosed garden (planted), where Kids can have fun in the large garden or on the swing set. There's a terrace with garden furniture and a stone barbecue.
