This beautiful character house, typical of Cap Sizun, has been renovated by an architect and has retained all its authenticity. The symbiosis between the old and contemporary decor has been perfectly achieved by arranging the space and bringing in lots of light.
It's close to the center of Audierne, with its port, shops, boutiques, swimming pool, Nautical Center (sailing, surfing, canoeing), bike rental, Aquashow and sandy beaches. Come and discover the wild Cap Sizun coastline: a favorite hiking destination with its many footpaths (GR 34).
A visit to the Pointe du Raz (classified as a "Grand site de France"), the Pointe du Van and the Baie des Trépassés is a must..... and why not take a trip to the Ile de Sein.
Our region also boasts a rich architectural heritage (chapels, calvaries, churches), which you can discover on your walks.

On the ground floor you'll find an equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove (great for winter evenings), a lounge, a living room, a shower room with a large shower, a toilet and a storeroom with a washing machine, a freezer and the gas boiler.

Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190), toilet and bathroom with bathtub.
Outside: wooded area, flower garden and orchard, enclosed area (wall and plants), garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
Cars can be parked safely in front of the house.
