Charming, spacious and luminous gite, between land and sea, nestled on the heights of the Penzé at the edge of the woods in a green setting, this gite will give you a feeling of space and freedom. You'll enjoy a jaccuzi, a wooded garden and a play area. A warm and relaxing vacation guaranteed. Detached house, not far from the owners', not overlooked. You'll appreciate this haven of peace in Pays Léonard, far from traffic, with views over the Penzé valley. You'll love this house with its contemporary decor. Close to the parish enclosures of Guimiliau, Lampaul-Guimiliau and Saint Thégonnec...., and just 20 km from the Bay of Morlaix, there's plenty to do and see. Stroll around Roscoff and Carantec (seaside resorts), visit Morlaix, a city of art and history. The region also offers leisure activities for the whole family: the Océanopolis aquarium in Brest, the Wolf Museum and the Kerouat mill in Commana.

Welcome to the Kerougay gîte. Classified as a "gîte de charme", it is located 20 km from the sea, at the end of a country lane, in a quiet hamlet. From the gîte, you can follow the signposted paths to discover the surrounding countryside. Back at the gîte, 37° water is guaranteed in your private outdoor spa. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room, sitting room with wood-burning stove, shower room, wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed (160x200) with private shower room and wc, 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed (160x200), 1 bedroom with 2 x 1-person bunk beds (90x200). Beds made up on arrival. Garden and garden furniture, terrace, barbecue and portico. Private outdoor covered Jacuzzi, not overlooked.

Magnifique

Ce gîte est une magnifique découverte, tout est fait pour vous sentir chez vous ,le confort est au rdv,rien ne manque, et le plus ,le Jaccussi, extraordinaire relaxant apres de longues promenades.C est vraiment une magnifique bâtisse, en pleine campagne, non loin de tout puisque tout est accessible pour visiter la région. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, la gentillesse, la bienveillance et discrétion des propriétaires à qui je dis merci pour ce qu ils ont fait pour nous.Des personnes adorables ,encore merci et à bientôt pour une 2 ème semaine en septembre. Nous vous embrassons tous les 2.

Très bon séjour en gite confortable au calme

Très bon accueil.
Gîte très bien équipé, confortable et surtout au calme.
Wifi opérationnel.
Spa très agréable.
Bonne situation géographique pour profiter du pays de Léon du côté mer, du côté terre et de ses enclos et châteaux.
À recommander sans réserves.
Dans la continuité d'il y a 6 ans.

Au top

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte qui est vraiment très beau. Confort, entretien, aménagement, déco, matériel à disposition, tout est au top. Plus le calme de l'endroit, plus le sourire de la propriétaire et sa disponibilité. Nous avons en prime bénéficié du soleil breton. Ce fut donc une semaine très agréable. Très bon séjour

Un accueil très sympathique, un gîte au calme,confortable, bien équipé et bien situé pour profiter du Finistère.
Réactivité sans faille de Lydia lors des petits aléas qui peuvent arriver.

Ruhe und Entspannung

Das Gite bietet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist wunderschön, man kann von dort viele Ausflüge machen. Auch wenn wir kein französisch sprachen haben wir uns dank Lydia bestens zurecht gefunden. Der Whirlpool war ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
