Situated 1.5 km from Locronan, one of the most beautiful villages in France, the gîte is ideally located between the Crozon peninsula and the Pointe du Raz. From here, you can explore Finistère, from Cap Sizun to Concarneau, via Quimper and Pays Bigouden. You'll appreciate the peaceful, green setting and the view over the Bay of Douarnenez. Completely renovated in 2016, the 19th-century house is part of a group of stone buildings.
Spacious, comfortable house comprising, on the first floor, a large, welcoming living room with direct access to the garden and unobstructed views over the Countryside to the Bay of Douarnenez (ornamental fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, a toilet and a small laundry room. Upstairs, the hallway leads to a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single Twin beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90X190), a bathroom with toilet. There's also a small outbuilding with storage space for bikes, water sports equipment and Hiking gear. Outside, a pretty flower-filled garden with terrace featuring garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers and a small sitting area in the shade of the trees. Private parking in front of the house.

Sue Excellent gite and location
Excellent in every way. Friendly owner and we has some good chats in French and English which was important to me as I want to improve my French! Interesting towns and lovely countryside and coast. The owner was in phone contact and helped us to find the gite and arrived there very quickly. A good holiday, thank you.

CharlotteJohnson A great holiday home with a fantastic garden
Anne was an excellent host: she was always there if we needed her and she always wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She always responded quickly to any requests we had and she was very friendly.
The house was very clean and well kept, with everything we needed in the kitchen and living room, including a sofa and lots of space to store things. The beds were comfy and clean, and the bedrooms were all a really good size.
The garden was large, providing a great space for our young son to play safely. The views were excellent as well. Plus, it was very private and no one was overlooking us, which was an added bonus.
For the price of this house and the home-from-home feel of it, this is really an excellent place to stay.

Le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter la région : cité historique de LOCRONAN à deux pas et proche de Quimper , Douarnenez, Pont Aven etc

Gege 62 la maison du bonheur et du bon air.
tres bien logé et en plus il a fait bon , balades decouvertes , de beaux paysages .excellente semaine .
Gite a recommandé .La propriétaire est professionnelle .que des points positifs . la propreté doit etre saluée . rarement vu aussi net .
