Situated in the countryside, this gîte will seduce you with its comfort, landscaped garden and south-facing terrace. Nearby, there's a hiking trail that takes you to the Ploudalmézeau wildlife park, as well as the famous GR 34 customs path that criss-crosses Brittany. Just 3km from the gîte, the sea offers a wide range of activities (fishing, kite surfing, sand yachting, canoeing...). The gîte is located in the heart of the Pays des Abers region, where you'll find plenty of opportunities for walks, with the sea and river intermingling as you visit. A visit to Océanopolis in Brest is a must during your stay, as is a day trip to Ouessant.
The gîte is adjacent to the owners' house. The house faces south, and you can spend your afternoons on the terrace, enjoying a drink or a barbecue. On the ground floor, you'll find a 26m² living room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove, where you can spend evenings by the fire. This room has retained all its authenticity with its beautiful stonework and exposed beams. A shower room and toilet complete the ground floor facilities. Upstairs, you'll find warmly decorated bedrooms, the first with a king-size bed (160x200) for parents, the second with two single beds for children. A second bathroom with toilet is also on this floor. The gîte has a large private enclosed garden (planted, walled, fenced) with sitting area. Several bicycles are available for the whole family to use.

VéRoger Gîtes parfait
Gîte très confortable et parfaitement équipé, avec goût et soin du détail.Une semaine de septembre passée avec un couple d'amis, les deux salles de bain ont été appréciées.
Nous avons apprécié le calme absolu. La météo n'a pas été très propice à l'utilisation des équipements extérieur mais les randos ont été journalières avec tous ces lieux proches à visiter et admirer.

Axel & Petra Prima Ferienunterkunft - eine Empfehlung wert
Wir (Ehepaar 59+ ) haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr schnell eingelebt und sodann richtig "pudel-wohl" gefühlt. Martine und Jean-Marc haben uns freundlich empfangen, in direkter Nachbarschaft ansprechbar und stets sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die ehemalige Hofanlage ist nicht mehr bewirtschaftet, und neben dem Wohnhaus bestehen rechts und links die beiden Ferienhäuser. Ein Idyll an Ruhe mit Vogelgezwitscher in großzügiger und beneidenswerter parkähnlicher und gepflegter Anlage.
Drinnen haben wir insbesondere das schöne Ambiente mit dem Kaminofen genossen - in der noch etwas kühlen Jahreszeit abends einfach kuschelig - zumal reichlich Holz verfügbar ist.Im Komfort "sehr gut" fehlt ein halbes Sternchen bis "ausgezeichnet": zum Saisonstart würde etwas mehr an Kaffee, Zucker, Gewürzen etc. den Urlaubsstart erleichtern, die Bettroste sind doch etwas hart, der Wasserdruck eher schwach - und damit die Temperatur in der Dusche schwankend, sobald jemand zusätzlich Wasser entnimmt. Die Fahrräder gut zum nahegelegenen Strand oder zum Bäcker im Ortskern. Dennoch schön dass sie zur Verfügung stehen.
Die Hinweise kommen von verwöhnten Urlaubern und sind als Hinweise zu verstehen - und wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung jederzeit!
