It features an equipped kitchen opening onto the spacious living room, a cosy living room on a wooden platform with a wood-burning stove and piano, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom with shower, bath and vanity unit, a toilet, a bedroom with 2 90x200 beds. Upstairs, a mezzanine overlooking the living room with a sitting area, school desk and armchair with DVD player, a bright attic bedroom with 2 roof windows, 1 double bed (160x200), study and dressing room. Outside, a wooden terrace with garden furniture, a garden with sun loungers. Private parking on the property to the side of the house with 7kW charging station (invoiced on meter reading). In the annex, a laundry room and a shed for your bicycles or water sports equipment. Enclosed garden (wall/grill/hedge).

GT A stunning peaceful retreat
We had a wonderful week staying here. The welcome was exceptional, the house beautifully presented, and had everything we needed. We loved the peace, the sunny deck and the space in the house. We were very comfortable and slept very well.
Carantec is a beautiful place, the seafood from Les Viviers de Carantec was exceptional. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We can thoroughly recommend a stay here to rest and recharge.- Cleanliness

Nous avons eu le plaisir d'inaugurer le gîte. L'accueil par notre hôtesse fut souriant et très chaleureux. Le gîte est confortable, agréable, très bien agencé et décoré, avec de nombreux ouvrages pour la distraction de tous. La région est belle, avec un patrimoine riche. De belles vacances!
