You can do everything on foot from this house located in the heart of the hamlet of Léchiagat in the Pays Bigouden. 2 adult bikes and 2 teenage bikes are at your disposal. Shops are just 2 minutes away, and you'll also find restaurants, a doctor and a chemist 5 minutes away. During your stay, you can buy seafood and fish directly from the port of Guilvinec. Sports enthusiasts will love the area for its coastal fishing, cycling and hiking trails, including the GR34, which circumnavigates Brittany. Visit the nautical center for a catamaran, stand-up paddle or canoe-kayak course.

The house is equipped with a secure entrance, a pergola in the enclosed garden, and a wooden terrace with lounge area, where you can gather around the barbecue or relax on the deckchairs. Inside, you'll enjoy all the modern comforts of this house, including a veranda, a beautiful kitchen with a central island opening onto a living room bathed in light, and a living room with a large sofa and a fireplace with pellet insert. On the ground floor, you'll find a master bedroom with 2 large twin beds (80x200), a dressing room, a shower room with walk-in shower and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine with sea view, a lounge and study, two bedrooms with 2 twin king-size beds (80x200), a shower room with toilet and a wine cellar. There's also a garage with a shower, ideal for returning from the beach.
